I am the winning Bidder on an auction, what is the next step? 

Following your auction victory you will receive an email from the appropriate auction site confirming your victory. Your winning bid plus any applicable taxes will be processed automatically to the credit card you have on file. FDI will ship your item usually the next business day but always within 2 business days of the close of the auction. Once your item has left our facility you will receive an email from UPS with shipment details include waybill number and expected day of arrival.

If you only a PO Box on file, we will ship via USPS. This may delay the shipment of your item by a few days. You will receive an email from USPS once your item is on the way to you.

 

What if my credit card is declined?

As a courtesy we may contact you however we reserve the right to cancel your winning bid and re-auction the item.

 

How can I track the shipment of my item?

Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email from our shipping partner with the waybill number and expected ETA. Please be sure the email is not trapped in a Spam filter or in your junk email folder. If you did not receive the tracking email please notify us and we will send you the shipping method and waybill number.

 

Does my auction item come with a COA?

All of our auctions that include an autographed or Game/Match/Event used item will come with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). The COA will have a tamper-proof numbered hologram affixed to it and there will be a matching numbered tamper-proof hologram on the auction item. This matching numbered hologram system is your assurance that the item you have won is authentic.
